I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a fine view. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me. The gym and swimming pool were fantastic, and I enjoyed using them. The breakfast was decent, and I appreciated the convenience of having a subway station nearby. It made it easy for me to explore the city and even travel to the railway station in just a short walk.

Nothing not to like.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was actually surprised by the indoor pool and gym facilities. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the gym had a good variety of equipment. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the subway station and nearby shopping and dining options. This made it convenient for exploring the city and finding everything we needed.

The staff at the hotel lacked proficiency in English, made communication difficult at times. It would have been helpful if they had a better understanding of the language to assist guests with their inquiries.

Beautiful rooms, excellent service from concierge and front desk. Good location, though traffic can be a challenge. Decent breakfast and lovely indoor pool. The gym is well-equipped. Late checkout was possible.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel , our exclusive amenities needs were fulfilled beyond our expectations. the indoor swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi were all impeccable. the massage we received at the private facilities was the highlight of our stay. the room advantages were numerous, with a spacious and clean suite that had a beautiful view of the garden area. the in, room breakfast was excellent, and the special diet menus were a welcome touch to our dietary restrictions.

The only negative aspect we can mention is that the snack bar could have had more variety in its offerings. this minor issue did not detract from the overall luxurious experience we had at this hotel.
